Our Chef lightly sears the steak before serving it on a sizzling lava stone, allowing you to cook it to your liking.
Please do not touch the stone as it remains extremely hot.
You choose how you cook your steak, so every bite is a delicious as the first.

DOMAINE ROGER CHAMPAULT SANCERRE ‘LES PIERRIS’, FRANCE 75.00
Makes up 70% of the blend. The expressive, mineral-driven character comes from Caillottes-based vineyards. Fermentation takes place in thermoregulated tanks. After racking, the wine remains on fine lees until bottling , adding texture and complexity.

MASI ‘TOAR’ VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO SUPERIORE, ITALY 72.00
The name Toar refers to the volcanic soil of the vineyards. It is a wine of great structure and modern style made from the two local Veronese grapes Corvina and the ancient Oseleta variety. The result is an incredibly rich concentrated wine with great depth of fruit.Excellent with grilled or roasted meats.
