On Tuesday, March 6th in Greenes Restaurant, Cork City,
top chefs Robbie Krawczyk (soon to open a new West Cork restaurant), Kevin Ahern (Sage in Midleton) and Greenes own Bryan McCarthy will do there best to showcase Cork produce, from their respective areas. Robbie using West Cork produce in a vegetable course, Kevin using East Cork produce in a seafood course & Bryan using North Cork produce in a carnivorous course. served a drinks pairing on the night by Greenes Matre`d & sommelier Frank Schiltkamp.
